The weather report, China (22nd December 2023) – port and channel closures
From 08:00 on 22nd December to 08:00 on 23rd December, there will be northeasterly winds at force 8, gusting at force 9-10 in the Taiwan Strait, the waters east of Taiwan, the Bashi Channel, and much of the South China Sea. In some areas of the Taiwan Strait, the northeastern and southwestern parts of the South China Sea, the wind force can reach 9, gusting at 10-11.
From 26th to 27th December, there will be cold air affecting the areas north of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, bringing strong winds and cold weather. Click here for the full report, including port and channel closures.
