China has temporarily suspended the entry of foreign nationals holding valid visas or residence permits because of the rapid global spread of COVID-19, according to an announcement by the Foreign Ministry and the National Immigration Administration on Thursday evening (26/03/2020).
- The suspension will start as of Saturday, 28th March and is temporary
- Foreign nationals with APEC business travel cards will be suspended as well
- Port visas are also affected, affecting crew changes
