  • The Chinese mainland reported 12 new COVID-19 cases. All of which were imported, according to the National Health Commission’s daily report on Sunday.

  • China is taking strict measures to prevent COVID-19 infections on Mount Qomolangma (also known as Mount Everest). Zero infections reported so far on the north side of the mountain since the climbing season began in early April.
