30 December, 2025 – Tariff Rates Effective 1 January 2026.
The port authority at Petro Rabigh Industrial Port, Saudi Arabia, has released updated tariff rates applicable to vessels calling the port, effective 1 January 2026.
The published tariffs outline port charges based on vessel summer deadweight, as well as rates for emergency and/or special services, as detailed below.
* Tariff rates by summer deadweight
The tariff structure is defined according to vessel deadweight categories and includes standard port services such as pilotage, tugboats, mooring services and pilot transfer.
The table below presents the applicable rates in Saudi Riyals (SAR) for each deadweight range.
* Emergency and/or special services rates
In addition to standard port tariffs, the port authority has published rates for emergency and special services. These charges apply on a time-based or unit basis, depending on the service provided.
The table below lists the published rates for these services, expressed in SAR, as issued by the port authority.
* Operational note
Operators planning calls at Rabigh are advised to review the published tariff tables in advance and consider the applicable charges when estimating port costs for upcoming calls.
As with all port tariffs, the final cost will depend on the services required and applied during the port call.
