17 June 2026 — On 2 July, Martaxelle Erussard, Commercial Director of MasOceans, and Ricardo Young, Managing Director of CAPAS EEV, our exclusive local partner in Panama, will join a roundtable discussion hosted by the Propeller Club of Geneva.
Reservation systems, auction slots, transit availability and draft restrictions continue to influence planning decisions for vessels transiting the Panama Canal. These factors remain closely monitored by operators, owners and charterers active in the region.
With CAPAS EEV involved in vessel calls across Panama on a daily basis and MasOceans working closely with international shipping stakeholders from Geneva, the session will provide a practical perspective on current canal conditions and the factors influencing transit planning.
